MORROW COUNTY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) is a free tax preparation service for low to moderate-income individuals and families. Federal and State tax returns can be completed and electronically filed.  

The Personal Needs Pantry can provide non-food household essentials to income-eligible households. The pantry is available on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm 

We offer Support Services are offered for individuals who require assistance obtaining a birth certificate, a valid state ID, or transportation assistance to secure employment.  

We are a Resource and Referral agency. Many of our staff attend community meetings to stay up-to-date on available resources, services and funding.
