Ohio Heartland Community Action provides services in Crawford, Marion, Morrow, and Richland, Ohio Counties. We are a private, non-profit corporation providing services to benefit low-income people in central Ohio. The overall goal of the Commission is to help low-income persons break the cycle of poverty and better their economic situation.
Community Services Block Grant
Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission is applying for a Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) through the Ohio Department of development, Office of Community Assistance, and invites you to review or comment on the application. The timeframe of the application includes two years: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
The application may be reviewed Friday, October 17th through Friday, October 24th, at the OHCAC Administration office, 372 East Center Street in Marion, Ohio between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
